Saturday tour by sari

Today I though of getting to know the forest a bit better and walked a bit more than 5km and turned back. I haven’t done that tour many times yet. The forest is so huge that I have been lost several times. Now that I use the Sports Tracker I can see where I have walked earlier and navigate back to the track. Today I went as much as I could without having the feeling of getting lost and making the tour too long (Otto was with us).

Our walk in the forest

I was surprised how Otto was ok during and after the walk. He had a heart attach last month. At first I did not let him come for a walks with us but then I was sent a link to a doctor’s website where he tells about how the mind interacts your health. The happier you are the better you feel. So I though that if Otto wants to come for a walk with us he can, I’m not stopping him. And I think he seems a bit healthier now after our forest walks etc.

At one point on the way back Otto fell down and I had to help him up. I guess it was quite slippery there and when pulling him up I might have accidentially put the tracker on pause. Lucily you can correct that later on.

My boys were just running all the time. They are healthy and fit :)

You can see our tours in the Sports Tracker if you register (for free). Then please join the group “ Flatcoats circuit training - flattien kuntopiiri”

Boys after 5km. The weather isn't too great. Snow is melting.

ps. I’m on vacation and going back to work on Monday December 29. Yippee!
